Training for Professionals
We can offer local professionals a short training session that will introduce the service, referral pathways, basic awareness of drug and alcohol misuse and recent local knowledge about trends in use. We can provide training in how to use naloxone to reverse the effects of an opioid overdose. Coming later this year, we will be able to offer training for professionals on how to deliver brief interventions for drug and alcohol misuse. Please contact tracy.moore@ssj.org.uk
Promoting your Service
We can make space on the agenda of our monthly Partnership Innovation Group (starting in August 2022) for you to introduce your service and lead a discussion about improving referral pathways and partnership work to ensure better outcomes for shared clients and helping our community as a whole.
